KIDS

Our Kids Program is designed to build a strong foundation in your child’s Jiu-Jitsu, and improve his/her coordination, movement, and agility.

Adults

We offer Jiu-Jitsu curriculums for all skill levels, from white belt beginners to competitive students. Our Jiu-Jitsu 101 classes provide a nurturing environment for beginners, while our All-Levels classes unite practitioners of all backgrounds. Our specialized competition class prepares students for IBJJF rules and provides intense training for success.

Our proprietary Jiu-Jitsu 101 program gives
new students the knowledge of the most fundamental self-defense and Jiu-Jitsu techniques to help them develop a strong foundation. 

SELF DEFENSE

At Vuk BJJ, we empower you with more than just techniques – we equip you with the skills to protect yourself. Our Jiu Jitsu self-defense training goes beyond the mat, instilling confidence and awareness to navigate real-world situations.

ANTI-BULLYING

As part of our kid’s program one week a month we specifically focus on teaching your child what to do if they are ever in a bullying situation.
